At Wild Summit Co., we stand behind the gear we offer. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging with tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because many of our products are designed for performance in outdoor environments, items that show signs of use, wear, or field testing cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wildsummitco.com.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@wildsummitco.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and ensure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Sleeping bags, bedding systems, and sleep gear that have been used or removed from original packaging
  • Tents and shelters that have been set up, used, or exposed to outdoor conditions
  • Custom or special-order items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before initiating a return.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to initiate a return for your original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
