Shipping Overview

To ensure your order reaches you as efficiently as possible, items may ship in multiple packages depending on product type and fulfillment location.

If your order is split, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Where We Ship From

Our products are fulfilled from carefully selected warehouses and distribution facilities within the United States.

This allows us to deliver high-quality gear efficiently while maintaining the standards we expect from every item we offer

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States and Canada generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Some items—particularly larger gear, specialty products, or high-demand items—may require additional processing or shipping time. If this applies to your order, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Delivery Details

Most orders shipped via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) do not require a signature upon delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Wild Summit Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

PO Box Shipping

Some smaller items may be shipped to PO Boxes.

However, larger gear—such as tents, packs, or multi-item shipments—may require a physical address. If your order includes an item that cannot be delivered to a PO Box, we will contact you before processing your order.

Outdoor Gear & Delivery Expectations

Many of our products are designed for specific environments and use cases. We recommend allowing adequate time for delivery before any planned trips or outdoor excursions.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays and seasonal demand can occasionally impact transit times.
